Ciarán Moran Art Meet Ciarán Moran, of Ciarán Moran Art. Ciarán is one of New Ross' local community artists, whose work could be described as surrealist pop art. You may have noticed Ciarán's vibrant work throughout the town of New Ross, much of which is inspired by the heroes of the 1916 Rising, and the Founders of the Free State. His proud Irish roots are reflected in many of the murals dotted around the town.
